Great Taste, Very Hot!

This Regal Chickpea Tikka is a nice blend of chickpeas and vegetables in a tasty sauce - EXCEPT it is mouth burning hot. Nowhere on the package does it mention the heat of the product, it has chili powder and green chili paste but I wouldn't expect this amount of heat to come from these ingredients. This has a very nice flavor but the unexpected heat made it unenjoyable for me.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Tear the pouch open
  2. Heat in your microwave for 60 seconds. Alternatively you can empty the product into a pan and heat on your stove top for 3-5 mins.
  3. Serve in your most special bowl with rice or Naan
